Preparation and Cooking

1

Prepare the Spice Rub

In a bowl, combine paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

2

Season the Meats

Rub the spice mixture generously over the beef brisket, pork shoulder, and chicken thighs. Ensure all sides are well coated.

3

Preheat the Smoker

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

4

Smoke the Meats

Place the seasoned meats in the smoker. Smoke the beef brisket for about 6-8 hours, the pork shoulder for 8-10 hours, and the chicken thighs for 3-4 hours or until they reach the desired internal temperature.

5

Rest the Meats

Once cooked, remove the meats from the smoker and let them rest for at least 30 minutes before slicing.

6

Serve

Slice the meats and serve with your favorite gluten-free and dairy-free sides.
