Method

Filling Preparation

1

Cook the Vegetables

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the onions, carrots, and celery. Sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

2

Add the Meats

Stir in the Valhalla roast turkey, Yankee roast chicken, and Wagyu beef. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until heated through.

3

Make the Sauce

Add garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes until thickened.

4

Add Peas

Stir in the frozen peas and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Crust Preparation

5

Make the Dough

In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Cut in chilled butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add ice water, mixing until dough forms.

6

Chill the Dough

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Assembly and Baking

7

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

8

Roll Out the Dough

On a floured surface, roll out the dough to fit your pie dishes.

9

Fill the Pies

Place the filling in pie dishes and cover with rolled-out dough. Cut slits in the top for steam to escape.

10

Bake

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
