Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop all the vegetables. Cut the broccoli into florets, slice the bell peppers, carrots, zucchini, and snow peas.

Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, cornstarch, and water until well combined. Set aside.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In a large wok or skillet, heat a tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the prepared vegetables and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender yet crisp.

Add Sauce
Pour the prepared sauce over the stir-fried vegetables and stir continuously for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the vegetables evenly.
Serving

Garnish and Serve
Remove the stir-fry from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve hot over rice or noodles if desired.
