Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop the bell peppers, zucchini, and carrot into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes and cut the broccoli into small florets.

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cooking the Sauce

Sauté the Garlic
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the Vegetables
Add the chopped bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Add Broth and Seasoning
Pour in the vegetable broth and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta in the sauce and combined with the vegetables.

Add Parmesan Cheese
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and toss again to combine thoroughly.
Serving

Garnish and Serve
