Method

Burger Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

  2. 2

    Form Patties

Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and form each portion into a patty, about 3/4 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, adding a slice of cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Place each cooked patty on a burger bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard as desired.

Fries Directions

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to create fries.

  2. 6

    Season the Fries

In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.

  3. 7

    Bake the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Coleslaw Directions

  1. 8

    Prepare the Vegetables

Shred the green cabbage and carrots using a grater or food processor.

  2. 9

    Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt until smooth.

  3. 10

    Combine and Chill

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
