Prepare the Patties
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Form Patties
Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and form each portion into a patty, about 3/4 inch thick.

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to create fries.

Season the Fries
In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.

Bake the Fries
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Prepare the Vegetables
Shred the green cabbage and carrots using a grater or food processor.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt until smooth.

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
