Prepare the Glass
Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice cubes to chill the drink.

Add Irish Whiskey
Pour 2 oz of Irish whiskey over the ice in the prepared glass.

Mix in Lime Juice
Add 1 oz of fresh lime juice to the glass with the whiskey.

Top with Ginger Beer
Pour 4 oz of ginger beer over the whiskey and lime juice mixture, filling the glass.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.

Serve
Stir gently to combine the ingredients and serve immediately.
