Wash the fresh cherries and raspberries thoroughly under cold running water. Remove the stems from the cherries and pit them, then cut them in half.

In a large pitcher, combine the Riesling wine, prepared cherries, raspberries, and simple syrup. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the drink to chill.

Pour the chilled mixture into wine glasses. Garnish each glass with a few fresh mint leaves before serving.
