In a medium saucepan, combine the raspberry and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir occasionally and allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the raspberries have broken down and released their juices.

Prepare the Raspberry Mixture

Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing down on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids.

Strain the Mixture

In a large pitcher, combine the strained raspberry juice with the bottle of red wine and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Combine with Wine

Stir in the lemon juice and fresh mint leaves to the wine mixture. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to meld.

Add Lemon Juice and Mint

Once chilled, serve the King Estate Rose over ice in wine glasses, garnished with additional mint leaves if desired.
