Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Brew the Espresso

Start by brewing a fresh shot of espresso using an espresso machine or stovetop espresso maker. Aim for a rich, concentrated flavor.

  2. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the freshly brewed espresso shot, Three Olives Espresso Vodka, and coffee liqueur. If you desire a creamier texture, add the Bailey's Irish Cream.

  3. 3

    Shake Well

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled. This helps to blend the flavors and achieve a smooth texture.

  4. 4

    Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Optionally, you can use a fine mesh strainer to ensure a smooth pour.

Garnishing

  1. 5

    Garnish the Drink

If desired, float three coffee beans on top of the drink for garnish. You can also dust a small amount of cocoa powder on top for added flavor and presentation.
