Prepare the Glass
Drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside of a chilled cocktail glass. Start from the bottom and swirl your way up to the rim to create a decorative effect.

Mix the Drink
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Dutch Chocolate Vodka, Crème de Cocoa, and milk. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.

Serve
Strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared glass.
