1. Cook the Macaroni
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Cheese Sauce
In a large saucepan, combine the heavy cream, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Heat over medium heat until warm, then add the cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.

Fold in the crumbled bacon and half of the French fried onions. Reserve the rest for topping.
