Fish

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Fish

In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Whisk until well combined. Coat the Mahi Mahi fillets with the marinade, ensuring they are evenly covered. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling

  1. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).

  2. 3

    Grill the Fish

Remove the Mahi Mahi from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.

Serving

  1. 4

    Garnish and Serve

Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve the grilled Mahi Mahi on a platter garnished with lemon wedges and chopped parsley.
