Preparation of Chicken Wings

Clean the Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated with the seasoning.

Heat the Oil
In a large deep frying pan or a fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 375°F (190°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the seasoned chicken wings to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry the wings for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Using a slotted spoon, transfer the fried wings to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
