Pork Chops

Green Beans

Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Method

Prepare the Pork Chops

  1. 1

    Marinate the Pork

In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture onto the boneless pork chops until evenly coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Pork Chops

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated pork chops for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Prepare the Green Beans

  1. 3

    Cook the Green Beans

Trim the ends of the fresh green beans. In a large pot of boiling salted water, add the green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.

  2. 4

    Sauté the Green Beans

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the cooked green beans, salt, and black pepper. Toss to combine and heat through for about 2-3 minutes.

Prepare the Roasted Sweet Potatoes

  1. 5

    Prepare the Sweet Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into 1-inch pieces.

  2. 6

Season and Roast the Sweet Potatoes

In a bowl, toss the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for about 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until tender and caramelized.
