Prepare the Ahi Tuna
Cut the ahi tuna into small cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

Mix Marinade
In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sea salt, and sriracha. Whisk until well blended.

Combine Ingredients
Pour the marinade over the cubed tuna. Add the chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Gently stir to combine.

Prepare Avocado
Slice the avocado into cubes or wedges and set aside.

Chill the Poke
Cover the poke mixture and refrigerate for at least 15-20 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Crispy Wontons

Heat Oil
In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Fry Wontons
Carefully add wonton wrappers (2-3 at a time) to the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side.

Drain Wontons
Remove the crispy wontons using a slotted spoon and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
