Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Steak

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper. Add the hanger steak, making sure it's well coated. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Potatoes

In a pot, boil diced potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

Remove the steak from the marinade and heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare, or until your desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  4. 4

    Cook the Eggs

In the same skillet, add a little butter and cook the eggs to your liking (scrambled, fried, or poached).

  5. 5

    Sauté the Potatoes

In the same skillet, add more butter and sauté the boiled potatoes until golden brown and crispy. Season with salt to taste.

  6. 6

    Toast the Bread

Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.

  7. 7

    Serve

Plate the sliced steak, cooked eggs, sautéed potatoes, and toast. Enjoy your steak and eggs!
