Method

Salmon Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season salmon fillets with cajun seasoning and olive oil. Grill or pan-sear the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and blackened.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Toppings

Thinly slice the red onion and shave the cucumber. Chop the cilantro and set aside.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Burger

Place the cooked salmon on the burger bun, top with red onion, shaved cucumber, cilantro, and drizzle with queso crema. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top.

Street Corn Slaw Preparation

  1. 4

    Mix the Slaw

In a large bowl, combine corn kernels, shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, lime juice, cotija cheese, and chopped cilantro. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
