Method

Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked lobster meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

  2. 2

    Fill the Wontons

Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the lobster filling in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it over to create a triangle, and press the edges to seal. Optionally, you can bring the two corners of the triangle together and pinch to form a purse shape. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

  3. 3

    Cook the Wontons

In a large pot, bring water to a gentle boil. Carefully drop the wontons into the boiling water in batches. Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until they float to the surface and are cooked through. Remove them with a slotted spoon and drain.

  4. 4

    Serve with Chili Sauce

Serve the cooked lobster wontons hot, accompanied by a spicy chili sauce for dipping.
