1. Grill the Artichokes
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Cut the artichokes in half and remove the fuzzy choke. Brush them with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill cut-side down for about 5-7 minutes until tender and charred.
2. Prepare the Bread
Brush the slices of bread with the remaining olive oil. Grill the bread on both sides until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the grill and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
3. Assemble the Dish
On each slice of grilled bread, layer with arugula, grilled artichoke halves, and crumbled Stilton cheese. Top with slices of Iberico ham.
