Prepare the Ribs
Clean the pork ribs and trim any excess fat. Season with salt and pepper.

Make the Glaze
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, and red chili flakes. Mix well until combined.

Slow Cook the Ribs
Place the seasoned ribs in a slow cooker. Pour the glaze over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

Crisp the Ribs
Once cooked, preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Remove the ribs from the slow cooker and place them on a baking sheet. Brush with additional glaze if desired. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.

Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, then cut and serve. Enjoy your crispy pork ribs!
