Prepare the Ingredients
Thinly slice the beef tenderloin, onion, and green bell pepper. Set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and green bell peppers. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Cook the Beef
In the same skillet, push the sautéed vegetables to the side and add the sliced beef tenderloin. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the beef is browned and cooked to your liking. Mix the vegetables with the beef.

Melt the Cheese
Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the beef and vegetable mixture. Cover the skillet with a lid for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Assemble the Sangwich
Split the hoagie rolls and load them with the beef, onion, pepper, and melted cheese mixture. Serve immediately.
