Prepare the Meats
Slice the salami and pepperoni into thin rounds. Crumble the house-made sausage into small pieces.

Chop the Vegetables
Dice the green bell pepper and onion into small pieces.
Cooking

Cook the Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, add the crumbled house-made sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage and vegetable mixture with the sliced salami and pepperoni.

Add the Sauce
Pour the tomato sauce over the meat and vegetable mixture. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are coated.

Add the Cheese
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the mixture.

Bake the Bocce
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
