Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Meats

Slice the salami and pepperoni into thin rounds. Crumble the house-made sausage into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Chop the Vegetables

Dice the green bell pepper and onion into small pieces.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Cook the Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, add the crumbled house-made sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

  2. 4

    Sauté the Vegetables

Add the diced green bell pepper and onion to the skillet with the sausage. Sauté for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  3. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage and vegetable mixture with the sliced salami and pepperoni.

  4. 6

    Add the Sauce

Pour the tomato sauce over the meat and vegetable mixture. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are coated.

  5. 7

    Add the Cheese

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the mixture.

Finalizing

  1. 8

    Bake the Bocce

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  2. 9

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your bocce hot!
