Preparation
- 1
Make the Ice Cream Base
In a medium bowl, whisk together the whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved.
- 2
Add Chocolate
Stir in the melted milk chocolate until fully combined.
- 3
Chill the Mixture
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- 4
Churn the Ice Cream
Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- 5
Swirl in Peanut Butter and Caramel
Transfer the soft ice cream to a container, and swirl in the peanut butter and caramel sauce. Use a knife or spatula to create swirls, being careful not to overmix.
