Hanger Steak and Eggs Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the potatoes into small cubes and toss them with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

  2. 2

    Cook the Hanger Steak

Season the hanger steak with salt and black pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little olive oil. Sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

  3. 3

    Cook the Eggs

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and cook the eggs to your liking (fried, scrambled, or poached). Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Plate and Serve

On a plate, arrange the sliced hanger steak, cooked eggs, and roasted potatoes. Drizzle chimichurri sauce over the steak and serve immediately.
