Grilled New Zealand King Salmon and Three Grain Salad

Cook the Grains
In a large pot, combine quinoa, farro, and barley with 4 cups of water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until all grains are tender, about 20-25 minutes. Drain any excess water and let cool.

In a blender, combine coconut milk, diced plums, minced black garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Mix the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the cooked grains, chopped cashews, and fresh cilantro. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, mixing gently to combine.
