    Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.

    Melt Chocolate and Butter

    In a microwave or double boiler, melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together until smooth. Let it cool slightly.

    Mix Ingredients

    In a bowl, mix together the melted chocolate mixture, granulated sugar, and eggs until well combined. Stir in cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.

    Bake

    Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool before cutting into squares.

Peanut Butter Swirl Ice Cream

    Mix Ingredients

    In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.

    Chill and Freeze

    Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. Transfer to a container and freeze until firm.

Peanut Brittle

    Prepare Pan

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Cook Sugar Mixture

    In a saucepan, combine granulated sugar and light corn syrup over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves and the mixture boils.

    Add Peanuts

    Once boiling, add raw peanuts and continue cooking, stirring constantly until the mixture turns a golden brown color.

    Add Butter and Baking Soda

    Remove from heat and quickly stir in the unsalted butter and baking soda. Pour onto the prepared baking sheet and let cool before breaking into pieces.

Chocolate Sauce

    Heat Cream

    In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
