Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Burger

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the Angus burger patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

  2. 2

    Add Foie Gras and Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place the slice of Grafton Black Truffle Cheddar on top of the burger and add the foie gras to melt slightly.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Roll

While the burger is cooking, lightly toast the brioche roll on the grill or in a toaster.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the brioche roll, place the balsamic baby greens, followed by the cooked burger with foie gras and cheese, a slice of tomato, and a slice of onion. Top with the other half of the roll.

Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to create fries.

  2. 6

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potato strips in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes.

  3. 7

    Season the Fries

Remove fries from the oil and drain on paper towels. Drizzle with white truffle oil, season with salt to taste, and toss with fresh parsley.
