Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a mixing bowl, combine honey, dill weed, olive oil, garlic powder, apple cider vinegar, and water. Whisk until well combined.
- 2
Marinate the Wings
Place the chicken wings in a large resealable plastic bag or mixing bowl. Pour the marinade over the wings, seal the bag (or cover the bowl), and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.
- 3
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet for better air circulation.
- 4
Prepare the Wings for Baking
Remove the wings from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Season wings with applewood smoked salt and black pepper.
- 5
Bake the Wings
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until wings are crispy and cooked through.
- 6
Serve
Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
