Preparation Steps

1

Prepare the Beef

In a bowl, marinate the beef strips with ginger and a portion of the beef bulgogi sauce for at least 30 minutes.

2

Cook the Fries

Fry the French fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy. Set aside.

3

Sauté Vegetables

In a large skillet over medium heat, add a little oil and sauté the mixed bell peppers and mushrooms until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

4

Cook the Beef

In the same skillet, add the marinated beef strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the remaining bulgogi sauce and heat through.

5

Assemble the Poutine

On a serving plate, layer the crispy fries, then top with the beef mixture, followed by cheese curds. Pour hot gravy over the top.

6

Add Toppings

Drizzle spicy garlic mayo over the poutine and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
