Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mushroom Compote

In a skillet over medium heat, add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they start to brown. Add the Peach Fizz and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the liquid has evaporated. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chuck Patty

Season the chuck patty with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry it over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a separate pan, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread garlic mayo on the inside of the house bun. Place the grilled chuck patty on the bottom half, followed by the mushroom compote, bacon, smoked cheddar, and arugula tossed in caramelized onion dressing. Top with the other half of the bun.

Hot Sauce Preparation

  1. 5

Make the Mango Jalapeño Hot Sauce

In a blender, combine the diced mango, minced jalapeño, lime juice, and salt. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
