Method
Cooking the Ribs

Prepare the Ribs
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the pork ribs with olive oil and then coat them with lemon pepper seasoning. Place the ribs on a baking sheet.

Bake the Ribs
Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for about 2.5 to 3 hours or until tender. Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before cutting into pieces.
Cooking the Fries

Prepare the Fries
While the ribs are baking, cook the frozen French fries according to the package instructions. Once cooked, sprinkle with salt.
Assembling the Poutine

Layer the Ingredients
In a serving dish, layer the hot fries, followed by cheese curds, and then pour hot brown gravy over the top. Add the lemon pepper dry rib pieces on top.

Drizzle with Ranch
In a small bowl, mix the ranch dressing with lemon juice and lemon pepper seasoning. Drizzle this lemon pepper ranch over the assembled poutine.
