Preparing Tater Tots

Preheat your oven according to the package instructions for the tater tots. Spread the frozen tater tots on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
Making Korean Beef

Cook Ground Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add Sauce Ingredients
Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the mixture is heated through.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Making Beef Gravy

Prepare Gravy
In a saucepan, bring beef broth to a simmer. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Stir the slurry into the broth and cook until thickened, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
