Hot Honey Dill Sauce

Method

Preparing the Wings

  1. 1

    Season and Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder until evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Bake the Wings

Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Making the Hot Honey Dill Sauce

  1. 3

    Combine Sauce Ingredients

In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, chopped dill, apple cider vinegar, and butter. Heat over medium heat until the butter is melted and the mixture is well combined.

  2. 4

    Simmer the Sauce

Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.

Coating the Wings

  1. 5

    Toss Wings in Sauce

Once the wings are baked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the hot honey dill sauce over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
