Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Mac & Cheese Patty

Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and mix with shredded cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Form into a patty and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2

Caramelize the Onions

Slice the onions and cook them in a skillet over medium heat with a little oil until golden brown and caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.

3

Cook the Beef Patties

Divide the ground beef into two equal portions. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Form each portion into a ball and smash down into the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, adding cheese on top for the last minute to melt.

4

Fry the Mac & Cheese Patty

In another skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the mac and cheese patty until golden and crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes.

5

Make the Cheesy Garlic Mayo

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, and a little salt to taste.

6

Assemble the Burger

Spread the cheesy garlic mayo on the bottom bun. Layer the first beef patty, followed by caramelized onions, the fried mac & cheese patty, and finally, the second beef patty. Top with the other half of the bun and serve.
