Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
Season the Wings
Drizzle the olive oil over the wings and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried dill. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated.
Bake the Wings
Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Add Parmesan
In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the wings and return to the oven to melt the cheese.
Serve
Remove the wings from the oven, drizzle with hot sauce if desired, and serve immediately.
