Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

Make the Dry Rub
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Apply the Rub
Generously rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, making sure to coat them well.

Wrap and Bake
Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender.
