Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop the broccoli into florets. Slice the bell pepper and carrot thinly. Chop the green onions and set aside.
Cooking the Teriyaki Chicken
Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
Make the Teriyaki Sauce
