Dough Preparation

Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Allow it to sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Make Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Add the activated yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until combined and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.

Let Dough Rise
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm environment for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.

Sauté Vegetables
Once the garlic is roasted, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced red onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, zucchini, and yellow squash. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) or use a pizza stone if available.

Shape Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

Add Toppings
Spread the roasted garlic cloves over the pizza dough, then layer the sautéed vegetables evenly on top. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the vegetables.

Bake Pizza
Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Remove from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve warm.
