Cook the Linguini
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the linguini and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Add Spinach and Artichokes
Stir in the fresh spinach and artichoke hearts. Cook until the spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.

Make the Parmesan Sauce
Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir to combine. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Combine and Serve

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the drained linguini to the skillet with the sauce and vegetables. Toss gently to coat the pasta in the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.

Serve hot, garnished with additional grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
