Method
Brewing Tea

Boil the Water
In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

Steep the Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 4 tea bags. Let the tea bags steep for 5-7 minutes depending on your desired strength.

Remove Tea Bags
After steeping, carefully remove the tea bags from the pot and discard them.
Sweetening (if desired)

Add Sweetener
If you prefer sweetened iced tea, add 1 cup of granulated sugar or 1 cup of honey to the hot tea and stir until completely dissolved. If using stevia or any other sweetener, add to taste.
Chilling and Serving

Cool Down the Tea
Allow the brewed tea to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Refrigerate
Once cooled, transfer the tea to a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until chilled.

Serve over Ice
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice. Garnish with lemon slices, mint leaves, or peach slices as desired.
