Prepare the Marinade
In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Cut and Marinate Chicken
Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes. Place the chicken cubes in a resealable plastic bag or a large bowl. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated evenly. Seal the bag or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours.

Prepare the Skewers
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
