Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Skewers

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.

  2. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, ground beef, chopped onion, parsley, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well using your hands until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  3. 3

    Form the Kabobs

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, pressing firmly to ensure they hold together.

  4. 4

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill or charbroiler to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.

  5. 5

    Cook the Kabobs

Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and has a nice char.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with rice, pita, or a fresh salad.
