Prepare the French Toast Mixture
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side.

In a large skillet or griddle, melt a little butter over medium heat. Cook the soaked bread slices for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

In a bowl, mix together rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, flour, and salt until crumbly. Sprinkle the streusel mixture over the French toast while it is cooking in the skillet.
Whipped Cream

In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
