Wine Ingredients

Method

Wine Making Process

  1. 1

    Harvesting

Harvest the Pinot Noir grapes at their peak ripeness, ensuring they are free from any rot or disease.

  2. 2

    Crushing

Crush the grapes to release their juice. This can be done by hand or using a crusher.

  3. 3

    Fermentation

Transfer the crushed grapes into a fermentation vessel. Add yeast and sugar to the grape juice. Allow it to ferment at a controlled temperature between 20-25°C for about 7-14 days, stirring daily.

  4. 4

    Pressing

Once fermentation is complete, press the mixture to separate the liquid wine from the grape skins.

  5. 5

    Aging

Transfer the wine to oak barrels for aging. Allow it to age for at least 6 months to develop its flavors.

  6. 6

    Bottling

After aging, filter the wine and add sulfites for stabilization. Bottle the wine and seal with corks. Allow it to age in the bottle for additional time before serving.
