Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Using kitchen scissors, cut along the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.

  2. 2

    Make Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and mix in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.

  3. 3

    Brush Lobster Tails

Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat, ensuring an even coating.

  4. 4

    Bake the Lobster Tails

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven, drizzle with any remaining garlic butter, and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
