Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

  2. 2

    Season the Salmon

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prep the Vegetables

Wash the asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini. Trim the ends of the asparagus and cut the bell peppers and zucchini into strips.

  2. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

Toss the vegetables with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them on the grill next to the salmon and grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until tender.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 6

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.

  2. 7

    Add Remaining Ingredients

Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Then stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Dish

Place the grilled salmon on a plate alongside the grilled vegetables. Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the salmon.

  2. 9

    Enjoy

Serve immediately and enjoy your grilled salmon with seasonal vegetables!
