Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Remove any damaged outer leaves and dry the lettuce using a salad spinner or patting with paper towels. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Add Croutons and Cheese
In a large bowl, combine the torn romaine lettuce, croutons, and grated parmesan cheese. Toss gently to mix.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic (use a garlic press or finely chop), Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

Combine Salad and Dressing
Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad mixture. Toss well to ensure all the lettuce and croutons are evenly coated with the dressing.
