Pork Marinade and Cooking
Method
Preparation and Cooking
- 1
Marinate the Pork
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, black pepper, salt, rosemary, and lemon juice. Place the pork tenderloin in a zip-lock bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and ensure the pork is well coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
- 2
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 3
Prepare for Cooking
Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the tenderloin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4
Bake the Pork
Bake the pork in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- 5
Rest and Serve
Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
