Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips about 1 inch wide.

Dredge the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip first into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat with bread crumbs. Make sure each piece is well coated.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until it reaches about 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Chicken Tenders
Carefully place the coated chicken strips in the hot oil, cooking in batches if necessary. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain and Serve
Remove the chicken tenders from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
