Garnish & Rimming

Method

Prepare Glass & Garnish

1

Rim the glass

Run the lime wedge around the outer rim of a 12- to 16-oz copper mug or highball glass to moisten. Spread the Tajín on a small plate and roll the rim lightly through the Tajín to coat. Tap off any excess.

2

Place the moistened lime wedge inside the glass or set aside for garnish.

Mix Cocktail

3

Fill the prepared glass with ice cubes to the top.

4

Pour 2 oz Smirnoff Spicy Tamarind Vodka, 0.5 oz peach liqueur, and 0.75 oz fresh lime juice over the ice.

5

Top gently with 4 oz chilled ginger beer. Stir once or twice with a bar spoon to combine — avoid over-stirring so the ginger beer retains fizz.

6

Taste and adjust: add an additional 0.25 oz lime juice if you prefer brighter acidity, or 0.25 oz peach liqueur for more sweetness.

Finish & Serve

7

Garnish with the lime wedge on the rim and, if using, a fresh peach slice on a pick or floated on top. Optionally sprinkle a light pinch of Tajín on the drink surface for extra heat and tang.

8

Serve immediately with a straw. Recommend consuming cold to enjoy the contrasting spicy-tamarind, sweet peach, bright lime, and spicy ginger beer flavors.
